OUR PIZZA
The pizzeria uses long-leavened doughs prepared with high-quality flours and selected products to bake: pizzas, calzones, and focaccia.
Baking in the wood-burning oven adds crunchiness, lightness, and unique flavors.
You can taste all traditional pizzas as well as innovative ones, made with refined raw ingredients: gorgonzola cheese, buffalo mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, bresaola from Valtellina, pesto with Bronte pistachios, just to name a few examples.
The result is an excellent, digestible, and tasty product.
